Psycho Pharma Early Access Affiliate Program - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Psycho Pharma! We're thrilled to have you as part of our Affiliate Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation and Agreement By accessing or using the Program, both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”), you agree to use the Program as specified in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to register or participate in the Program.

2. Registration Approval We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration at our discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your registration.

3. Affiliate Links and Coupons Your affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate a link for specific products or collections. If a customer clicks on another's referral link and then later clicks on yours, yours will be the one that counts. Affiliates may be assigned a coupon code, clarified on the Dashboard. Double commissions will not be awarded for both link and coupon usage. If not assigned a branded coupon, promotion of the coupon is prohibited.

4. Commissions and Payment Commissions are based on the Commission structure and are dependent on order value, excluding extra fees. To receive a commission, payment details must be specified in Settings. Payments are only for successfully completed transactions. We reserve the right to review each referral order. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

5. Marketing Tools Promotion media may be shared with you through the Marketing tool tab.

6. Network If activated, affiliates can invite others to become their downline affiliate. Upline affiliates may receive commissions based on merchant settings.

7. Cookie Policy We use cookies to track referrals. If a person disables or clears cookies, tracking is impossible. Cookie duration is specified during Affiliate registration.

8. Removal from Program To be removed from the program, contact: info@psychopharma.com.

9. Code of Conduct Affiliates must adhere to our Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance with U.S. laws, FDA regulations, and the ethical guidelines provided. This includes integrity, honesty, respect for others, and confidentiality. Affiliates must also engage responsibly on social media, promote appropriately to personal connections, and disclose affiliations. Violations may result in termination from the Program.

10. Instagram Posting Policy Affiliates must make at least two (2) Instagram posts monthly, tagging @psychopharma and using the specified hashtags. Content must adhere to our Code of Conduct. Violations may result in warnings or removal from the program. Opportunities for recognition and rewards are available for affiliates who create high-quality and high-engagement posts. Details on contests and opportunities are available.

11. Changes to Terms and Features Psycho Pharma reserves the right to modify or update these terms and features of the Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.

Any personal information provided to or gathered by UpPromote under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by UpPromote (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

Use of UpPromote app by Children

UpPromote is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

UpPromote understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through affiliate@psychopharma.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
